Test principle:

Human IL6(Interleukin 6) ELISA Kit는 Sandwich ELISA 원리를 사용합니다. Human IL6 특이 항체가 코팅된 microplate에 standard 또는 sample을 넣은 후, biotin-conjugated antibody와 HRP-conjugated Avidin을 반응시킵니다. 이후 TMB substrate를 첨가하면 Human IL6가 존재하는 well에서 색 변화가 발생합니다. 반응 종료 후 450nm에서 흡광도(OD)를 측정하며, standard curve를 통해 sample 내 Human IL6 농도를 정량합니다.
